I'm sure I've mentioned our favorite bakery, Dolce Forno in past posts (A dollar/Euro to who ever finds it first.) We have continued to adore it and buy bread there several times weekly. Well a couple times back we saw something new and Seattle looking, so we skipped the Pane Salato and went for what we think is called Provita. It has changed my need for bread. I could and would eat this everyday and by this I mean the whole loaf. And that is exactly what we have done each time we have bought it since, ate it in one day. It is so very delish and grainy and beats "good ol'" Italia pane to bits! Which many of you would say "well Natalie you've never been quiet about your dislike of Italia pane!" Well yes this is true but Dolce Forno changed my mine with the salt added Pane Salato, but this bread has changed my life, IT ROCKS!
